  2. I have a recipe from Australia (I think) and the measurment for the flour is ” 3 S/R. What is s/r ❓

    • HI Karen. I am not sure but as a guess, I would think perhaps self raising? maybe 3 cups of self raising flour. Carol

    • Self raising flour. It has raising agent already added. Flour without any raising agent in is called Plain flour in Australia. 😃
