One of my most appetizing memories from when my daughter was young, was the day she brought home Girl Scout Cookies.  Those Samoas and Thin mints were so tempting.  I had to freeze them to get them out of sight!

Thankfully, now that there are so many wonderful cooks who also run cooking blogs, the taste of these cookies does not have to be a once in a while treat that happens just when the girl scouts are selling cookies.
